First of all, I would like to say thank you for the support, now I am here to share something extraordinary.

Master keys to reach your mind
- Gratitude: We express gratitude towards everything you have, you had and you are wishing for.
2. Compassion: The feeling of sympathy for others.
3. Self-love: To Enjoy your own company. Treat yourself the way you want others to treat you.
4. Forgiveness: Releasing your unwanted emotions like hurt, anger, and frustration.
5. Empathy: Understandings someone else situation and feelings.
Putting yourself into the shoes of someone else.
6. Mindfulness: Being conscious and aware of something.
7. Daydreaming: Pleasant scenes in the imagination.
8. Mindset: Collection of beliefs.
You have already read over thousands of books written on a positive mental attitude. You know everything but you still don’t know how to apply them.
Am I right? Nobody will tell you how to do that when you already know that the mind is the only weapon. If you lost control over your mind you will lead to self-destruction.
You can hack your mind by saying something repeatedly and one day it will reach the level where it will believe anything you say.
Sentences that are small and repetitive will Cross your Firewall within 21 days.
Oct and Nov are the learning period of my life.
Last year when I was dwelling my past and living in my lower frequencies. I was about to destroy my life by overthinking.
Then I pushed myself to read more books and skipped using digital devices for a longer duration.
while reading self-help books I realized that I was destructively using my mind power.
I realize that I love to write poems, stories, and quotes.
However, this was not new to me but
from Feb 2019 I started writing regularly about what I did today, what I have learned, gratitude practice before going to bed reading books on emotional intelligence and mind power, etc.
It needs a strong commitment to do things consistently.
What I learned from life
If you follow your passion it doesn’t mean that everything will go easy for you.

In a completely new way. It is not related to any particular religion so, a person who is totally atheist also performs.
Why writing is really powerful nobody knows that our ancestors are using it for different reasons.
The universe and our human mind have a high level of connectivity.
What our mind is made for?
The mind is a network of countless neurons you can compare your
mind with an unexplored space, It is made for sending and receiving a signal, so we can communicate with each other even without speaking yes
you read it right.
We can communicate with the universe through these signals are most probably our feelings.
Whatever we feel inside the universe shows a reflection of it in the form of people, situations and experiences.
Nobody needs to be changed but the self.
Even our minds communicate with our body parts through signals. All of our body parts receive signals. By which we see, smell, hear, feel, talk, walk, eat, drink and do any other activity.
If these signals can be copied into a computer and the command gives your mind it will work the same way.
But it is like a child it will don’t differentiate what is true or a lie.
This is how good or bad habit forms through repetition this is first step to build a good habit
building.
1.Positive Vocabulary
To hack your mind you need a positive vocabulary.
Yup, you must be thinking of that what should I do if there are numerous words to express negative feelings as compared to positive but we also have lots of positive words remember when you praise someone. When you like someone how positive and flirty your words are for them.
If you can praise them why not praising yourself too.
From day 1. (for the beginners)
1. Do it today write down 10 positive words a day and continue this prescribed method for 7 days.
If you want you can also begin doing that twice a day.
2. Read all the words every word you write.
(Every day till complete your lunar cycle of 21 days.)
3. Now you have to do one thing just go through every 10 words per day and write someone’s name in front of that word.
Maybe your parents, partner, kids, colleague, etc.
4. Start remembering their favour at the particular moment a person gave to you.
This will change your mindset not only about the person but you start liking them more.
Do these practices daily as I told you.
2. Remove your Anger
When I have written in my second about types of general
I discuss the term wreck the journal in my second article,
I did some experiments of my own.
When we are angry we do all possible things to change our mood or avoiding the conversation with anyone or we try to keep our mouth shut.
Wreck the Journal is about writing your emotions and just destroying that.
If you got angry writing is the best weapon to remove that feeling completely from you.
Write down on the paper and afterward destroy that paper.
You can also write your feeling with the pencil after completing that you can simply rub them all.
While rubbing your anger you can simply repeat an affirmation or switch words like purge cancel.
I feel that when you use affirmations and switch words your mind gets busy doing something, you can repeat this process repeatedly as per your situation.
3.Forgiveness exercise
“Forgiveness improves your longevity.”
When you perform, you may get relief from the massive emotions, the ones you kept since your childhood.
These emotions can destroy your mind and body if they stay any longer in your body.
If someone hurts you, it’s completely up to you how long you keep that pain.
You can improve your health and efficiency of your mind.
By forgiving someone who hurt you. You are not forgiving that person but you forgiving yourself.
It doesn’t matter whose fault is this if you want to improve your perceptions for your betterment you can do it by yourself.
Ho’oponopono technique
It is the best medium to do that

I love you
Several laws of attraction techniques hack your mind and also boost your mind power. Because you are removing your bad emotions differently it will be an exciting method.
1. Write down in your journal 10 to 20 times and read it aloud or in your head.
It is the best medium to do that or you can do
333 technique
1. Write down on one paper.
2. “I am forgiving others for not to be treated the way as I wanted” write it down 33 times for 3 days.
3. Write it in a separate paper and place that paper inside your pillow next day take that paper and start tearing it and while tearing that affirm the same lines your bad emotions completing removed by that.
I used this technique three times for removing anger, hurt and fear.
Now I am free of these emotions. You can change your affirmations as per your emotions.
This is the best way to remove your negative emotions unconsciously.
