Last time we were discussing eight keys to reach your mind.

If you are here for the first time I would like to introduce myself, Namaste Readers, I am shubhra sanag, Creative content Writer and Storyteller.

I am here to share my experience throughout this Journey called Life.

It will save your most valuable time for your mental mastery.

As we all know there is something within us who is controlling body function even our mind too.

People called it a driving force,

some call it creator.

We came from nothingness and went back to it.

Scientists couldn’t predict the power of our minds. I will discuss that in another article.

Almost every person knows these keys but nobody knows how to use them and maximize our full mental capacity or at least more than enough which will serve you better health, relationships, career, financial security other lifelines of our human existence.

Let us learn more about what kind of hindrance between you and your full potential.

It is your emotions, I know most of know that but not only our emotions control us but also there is something we all are programmed with is our human survival basic needs which control our actions, emotions, behavior, mood, and thoughts.

According to Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, Shown in the diagram below:-

Before we master our minds we must control our emotions.

So what are these emotions in my opinion

Types

Anger

Fear

Sadness

Shame

guilt and many more

Mainly seven energy levels in the different body parts are actively known to be chakras.

Emotions come from them also if they aren’t balanced.

You can thank Creator that many remedies are available by which you can balance your chakras.

This part of this article is soulful, Much theory to read, less to write but you need to put some efforts on a regular basis.

Just imagine if you master your emotions what will happen to your mind?

You can control your behaviour, mood swings, and feelings, etc.

It will depend on the mindset you have right now, I mean collections of beliefs, One thing is also controlling your mind is the getting rid of limiting beliefs.

Now if we can alter our belief system it will help us to take charge of our own emotions.

By doing little steps, Let’s go deeper into that

What is a limiting belief?

In my words, I can help you to understand simply. It is the limited

perception to see the world. This means living with four walls doesn’t want to go out ready to take on new experiences in life.

How can we change our limiting beliefs by writing I know you all are thinking right now?

1. Take a pen and your journal or a simple piece of paper. Note down the types of beliefs you have without judgments.

2. Then next step is too read them all, Now ask yourself

what are you feeling by reading each sentence?

Write it down one by one what you felt, no matter how extreme the emotions are.

3. Use a black pen it will absorb your negative emotions.

Now on the basis of that feeling, you will start to recognize them better.

For example, I am taking a random belief,

A. You will not get enough money throughout your life.

B. You are not handsome/Beautiful enough.

4. Now collect all the reasons which support these beliefs and jot them down.

5. Once again take out another paper and now pick a red pen.

6. Start countering your beliefs give every possible reason to it.

Keep Telling your mind that all beliefs are not even true they are just random, statements, opinions and assumptions of someone else.

7. The last step is to make a new belief system which supports your progress.

Like “I am believing from today itself I can do anything.

Write it down or make your own new belief it will be a positive affirmation you can use them anytime.

Read your new belief repeatedly

before going to bed and when you wake up in the morning is the best time for this new habit.

It is an absolutely trusted method.

You can use this process again and again as per your situation.

It is just like you are breaking a rule and making a new one.

The next level is self-love

How can you use self-love as your best medicine?

There is a bunch of affirmation which will help you.

See your reflection in the mirror for at least 5 mins a day. Smile and try to observe your uniqueness.

One day you will start knowing it better and then you will refuse to copy others

Tips and tiny steps

Start taking care of yourself

1. Talk to your body it is always listening to you.

2. Write good things about you and skills, qualities, talents, etc.

3. Do every possible thing to love yourself.

4. Take care of your health.

5. Take shower massage your body nourishes it with a body lotion.

6. Go to the gym, start walking

follow your passion.

7. Eat right and healthy as body and mind is interrelated.

8. Start working on your goals at least take a baby steps.

Exercise of self-love I did and I can suggest to you too.

1. I write poetry for myself.

2. While brushing my teeth I start singing and giving compliments to myself.

3.While using comp smiling at myself.

4. Cooking Healthy food for myself.

Ho’oponopono technique for self-love

Write your name on a piece of paper and start repeating

“I am sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you.”

Do it, it will help you to remove your bad karma.

You will start to notice the changes in a few days. It’s a very effective Hawaiian technique.

If you are practicing gratitude the way I told you in my previous article you will get results more quickly.

In my next article, I will share you other techniques and methods of self improvements in a totally different way.

Till then pick a few techniques that suit you and practice it every day.
