  • Notice a pattern.
  • Change the pattern by just changing one thought in the loop.
  • Repeat the strategy.

Do not sit without a plan

if overthinking is ruining your mind.

Just write what is it.

what’s bothering you.

Self-understanding begins with understanding your thoughts, emotions, feelings and dreams.

If you want to understand something best thing is to record it.

  • Record your emotions if you want to understand them,
  • Record your thoughts in a journal, dreams in a diary, and plans on paper.

If you Notice a Pattern mark them well.

See what you do to improve it.

Have you ever noticed this when you sit alone you have nothing to do,

Your mind comes up with random thoughts, these thoughts sometimes come from within and sometimes arrived from the outside world.

How can you correct your Auto suggestion mode?

Control what you are consuming through your senses as this affects your the quality of thoughts in your mind.

Always remember this you do not need all the information of the world so put some limits on your senses.

  3. Replace Negative thoughts with a constructive thoughts.
  4. Don’t let pass any judgement and stop yourself from forming an assumption about people or situations, especially bad opinions.

5. If you have phobias or anything that depress you for so long best thing to do is change the particular

story.

For example, you are afraid of falling in love with someone

Question every story you fed over time challenge it and change it.

Use the Scripting method or visualization.
